With the increasing speed of aviation gear, windage loss has been main component power loss. Reducing is great significance to improving transmission efficiency spiral bevel gear. Firstly, calculation model enclosed gear was established, and basic physical mechanism illustrated by numerical simulation, so as obtain mechanical energy characteristics Then, influence geometry clearance parameters shroud on studied orthogonal test, variance analysis optimization design.
